Biography
Alycia M. Cramer, MS, Ned., RN, is a committed nurse educator with five years of academic experience and a background in clinical nursing. She is known for her engaging teaching style, fostering a supportive learning environment, and her commitment to preparing the next generation of nurses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from D鈥橸ouville University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Daemen University. Currently, she is the Director of Undergraduate Nursing Education at 海角论坛 and a Faculty Fellow. She is also a faculty advisor for the Student Nursing Association. Her past roles include Skills Lab Coordinator at 海角论坛. Her clinical experience includes long-term care, med-surg, dialysis, and ambulatory surgery.
Focus of Teaching
Professor Cramer鈥檚 focus of teaching is fostering clinical judgment and decision-making skills in nursing students. Her emphasize is on evidence-based practice, patient-centered care and critical thinking. Through interactive and hands-on learning, she aims to build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills, empowering students to approach clinical situations with confidence and compassion.
